Collaborating Associates and Partners

Always think on the bright side of life when you get laid off by your company. One GM Supply Manager was given the exit. So he went up and set up his own External Suppliers Management office at his home. He had a good knowledge of GM’s needs, know who and where the suppliers are and sold to GM the same services he had as a job when he was employed by GM. He talked to the same boss and same people he used to work with. He is now an AMREP associate.

Supplier Management Service is about working with different customers, different suppliers in different countries. Our focus is about working with suppliers. Our attention is devoted to suppliers' problems resolution. We cannot be good at everything including attending to every customer that may have a need. Our recognition of the limitation of interactive resources encourages us to invite partners and associates with customers’ connections to collaborate with us. The Partners and Associates define the Customer’s Supply Needs to AMREP. Our Technology People implement the Supply Problems Resolution solutions to them. Being small and specialized in selective customer servicing makes AMREP efficient and reliable to its Partners and Associates. Small has its efficiency advantages. Big has its quality of service problems.
